Located in the lively University Village, Piatti Seattle offers a seasonal Italian-inspired menu designed by executive Chef Dylan Giordan with an emphasis on local farms and producers. The Fireplace Room
This is private area featuring a Tuscan-style fireplace, large bay windows and French doors opening onto our Patio. The room can accommodate up to 40 guests and is separated from the main dining room by floor-to-ceiling curtain partitions. It is ideal for special celebrations as well as business events. There is no room rental fee, however minimum expenditures do apply.
The Main Dining Room
Features several areas appropriate for non-private seating which can accommodate groups of up to 25 guests, often with window seating.
The Open-Air Patio
This are is available May through October, weather permitting. The Patio borders the mall promenade and accommodates up to 40 guests, perfect for informal gatherings such as family reunions and wine tastings. Minimum expenditures will apply.

Sandra grew up as part of a large, close knit family in the Atlanta, Georgia area. With several members of her family being in the hospitality field, she was surrounded by it; it was in her blood from early on. With her love of all things food & wine, it didn't take long for her to realize that the food & beverage industry was her niche within that field. Sandra's last years in Atlanta were spent as a Catering & Special Events Manager which is when she decided that this was a perfect job for her. It has allowed her to combine her passions for food, wine & hospitality with her love of planning all types of special events.
Two years ago, Sandra decided she was in need of some new scenery & a new challenge and packed up her bags and her dog Odie & headed for Seattle. Since being here, she has fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest. This past year, Sandra joined the Piatti family and has since taken over as the Special Events Coordinator. She brings to the table over 15 years in the food & beverage industry, a love of local cuisine, great knowledge of wine & spirits, superior attention to detail & of course, her southern hospitality.
Sandra takes great pride not only in making sure your event is perfect, but also in taking the stress of planning off of you so that you can simply enjoy your special occasion!
