Each Piatti Executive Chef crafts his menus based on the seasonality and availability of the local product within his area – from the seaports of Seattle to the farmer’s markets of Northern California. All of our Piatti restaurants offer seasonally-inspired lunch and dinner menus and many offer vegetarian, gluten-free and kid-friendly menus, as well as special happy hours and enticing bar menus.
